“I am trained in a variety of bodywork modalties, including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology massage. I often include gentle stretching for those of you who work behind a computer all day. Understanding that years of stress generally cannot be addressed in a one-hour session and I work to enhance the client's knowledge by treating the whole person for as many sessions as needed. A personalized treatment plan will be made just for you. I am a Certified Massage Therapist. Since 2000 I have been providing high quality massages in UK and Europe."
